No worrisome attachments, just a link to the homes sold and currently listed for sale that we will set up for you to review and to print if you want a hard copy. We can provide you with one line per property spreadsheet type reports or detailed full page per home formats with a picture and map for each listing.
Mortgage Loan Programs and Tax Free Exchanges
There are many different loan programs out there to help buyers afford your home. We are familiar with the basic loan programs and many of the more unique ones. We will place 20 to 50 photos of your home with descriptive information in the View Our Listings section of this site. We also include photos and info on neighborhood pools, parks, etc. You will even be able to email a link for a virtual tour slide show of your home to your friends from one of our sites. We also pay for enhanced web pages with twenty-five photos of each of our listings on the most widely searched home site in the nation, Realtor.com. In addition to our extensive web advertising, we will provide comprehensive color brochures for your home, do print advertising, hold open houses if you want them, pass out info to your neighbors when permitted, and take other actions as necessary to get your home sold quickly for top dollar. From virtual tours to pounding the pavement, we do what it takes to get your home sold.
The Home Selling Process
The services and knowledge of a good Realtor go far beyond the functions of advertising your home for sale. We help you understand what is necessary to get your home ready for showing. We explain how to interact with potential buyers viewing your house. We fully explain the details of any offers and provide negotiating expertise as part your response. We explain and assist with the follow on inspection addendums and other pre settlement events and responsibilities. We make sure that everything is going smoothly by ensuring that things like the termite inspection, Home Owner Association or Condo document delivery, and buyer insurance application all take place at the appropriate times. We review the HUD-1 document prior to settlement, and attend settlement to help answer your questions about the documents that you will have to sign.
After settlement we will stay in touch to keep the smile on your face with reminders you about things like tax write offs and insurance refunds.
